Coaching Groups and Workshops

Throughout the year, I’ll offer online group mindfulness coaching for specific interest groups to benefit from the wisdom of community and shared mindful self-compassion practices. Practicing in community is a rich opportunity for exploration and discovery. I will keep the groups intimate ~8 participants, and we’ll meet weekly for 4-6 weeks. During each session, we’ll begin with a 10-15 guided meditation then each participant will have the opportunity to check-in. Three or four participants will receive coaching each week while the others practice holding space with mindful compassion. We will end with a brief period of reflection.

Coaching Circle for Women January 2025

Join me for a four-week coaching circle for women, including all who identify as female. We’ll meet every Thursday in January at 5pm-6:30pm PT. This coaching circle will focus on intimacy, belonging, and relationships - basically that covers everything, right? Bring your whole self and be ready to welcome others with care and confidentiality.

Workshop - Empowering Yourself with Mindful Consent

Join me for a day-long workshop exploring ‘mindful consent’ and how the body says ‘f**k yes’ or ‘no.’ And… how often do we ignore the ‘no’? Embodiment practices give us a deeply empowered foundation for relational consent in work, play, and love. I will use the time to introduce Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent model, to lead mindfulness/somatic practices, and to hold space for group discussions. Maximum 16 participants.

Whether you’re interested in deepening or beginning your mindful self-compassion practice, if you think you might benefit from some guidance, I would love to support you. 

We’ll use our time together to explore mindfulness practices as they are relevant to your life with an emphasis on self-compassion and inner resilience. The one-to-one context allows us to work with ongoing challenges as well as immediate issues as they arise, strengthening your capacity for mindful responsiveness, wise discernment, and self-care. You will also grow your capacity to care for others.

We can apply the skills to both professional and personal life for stress management, managing burnout, relationships, and intimacy.

We’ll meet at a regular cadence for 60 minutes - online, in person, or hybrid - and you’ll receive follow up recordings and suggested resources, including readings, videos, and opportunities for further study.

Mindfulness is a powerful way to strengthen and amplify teams - they connect deeply with each other while learning tools to resource themselves as individuals.

During group sessions, we’ll use our time to learn and practice introductory mindfulness meditation skills with an emphasis on self-compassion, stress reduction and deep listening.

We’ll apply these skills to both professional and daily life for self-awareness, interpersonal connection, effective leadership, managing burnout, and relaxation.
